I came home last week to a hot house; the inside temperature was 85 degrees and my outside AC unit was dead. It was after 6pm, but I took a chance and called Aire Serv anyway. I left a message; within an hour I received a call from James, the Aire Serv technician. To my surprise he said he could come out that evening. James made it to my house around 9:45 and worked in the dark to get my unit up and running within an hour. He was polite and professional and gave a complete explanation of the problem. I was pleased and impressed and am happy to recommend James and Aire Serv to everyone I know. Awesome Ssrvice!

I wanted my air ducts cleaned, so I booked an appointment for an estimate. Tanner arrived, and he was friendly and professional the entire estimate. He was also thorough. Tanner told me I don't need to get the ducts cleaned, but he informed me of some things that may not be up to code and should be addressed by my builder's warranty (new home). He said his company could do the work, but he doesn't want me to have to pay for something that should still be covered by the new home warranty. Sure enough, the things he mentioned are in the inspection report from the closing process, and the builder had not addressed those items. I have full confidence that this company and Tanner are trustworthy and do high quality work. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for my HVAC needs.
