Your guy, Casey Seawright, was great. He was on time & let us know when he was 10 minutes away. He ran a diagnostic test, found the problem, fixed it, & told us how to manage the problem in the future. Our problem was the exorbitant amount of cat hair that comes from our 4 cats, 3 of which are shown in the below picture. He was very personable & seemed to enjoy his work. I was also happy to know that he was a veteran, as I work for the Temple VA.

It had rained several days before and he explained that he could not perform all of the work because of the mud and he offered me the option to reschedule. I appreciated that. When he came to the next appointment he was prompt, professionally dressed and acted in a professional manner. He did a lot for the $99 special so when he said our capacitor was not functing correctly, we felt comfortable letting him replace it, hence the $136.58. I would recommend Aire Serv. Great job.
