From the first time I called them, a few years ago, on a holiday weekend, with an emergency, Dusty outperformed all expectations, above and beyond anything I expected. Not only did he show me and explain everything that was wrong, and the mess my previous HVAC person left under my house, crushed trunk line, duct work inoperable, the list goes on and on. But Dusty, while not feeling well, worked diligently to fix my problem on the holiday weekend and fixed everything. And not only that, replaced and upgraded all of the poor workmanship from my original builder. Fast forward years later and his service techs are outstanding. First, Dylan always took good care of us and kept our systems in tip top shape, but now Eugene Miller has taken over and he is a dream to work with. Very hospitable, friendly, courteous, professional and conscientious of his work and willing to go the extra mile to make sure things are working as they should be. He completely cleaned all our systems recently, I mean stripped down to the bare bones and I could not be happier with the results! I highly recommend Dusty, Eugene and the entire AirServ crew. And I have to mention how attentive Tiffany is with scheduling in a consistently timely manner and always very responsive to calls or texts. No matter the time of day, during working hours, or after. Our furnace kept leaking water so we called Aire Serv because of their excellent reviews. They are truly a 5 star company. Michael showed up ON TIME and was very professional. He explained everything that he was doing and what needed to be done to fix it. He did a wonderful job. If we have anymore HVAC issues we will be calling this place first. Not to mention they were reasonably priced for not only the service call but also the repairs.

Michael was awesome. We have a rooftop unit and it was 95 degrees outside . Michael still went above and beyond answering all my questions and going up to the roof multiple times to do a thorough inspection. I couldn’t recommend him enough and I will be using him at all of my restaurants from now on!! Great trustworthy guy and a model employee.
