Day before yesterday late evening our attic unit stopped working. In the morning my wife called Aireserv and put in a trouble call. Michael was assingned to our issue. Michael informed me when he was on his way and showed up on time. At my work dealing with differnt service tech's from HVAC to plumbing and electrical to name a few, comparing Michael to tech's ive delt with from excellant to good to just down right bad. Michael is deffinatly at the top of excellant. Knowlegable, Diagnosed the problem quickly with out any second guessing, showed me the problem and told me he could fix it. Aire Serve is a first class business. I had the pleasure of using their services on my home. My air conditioning unit was blowing out low and they discovered that a few components needed to be replaced. A young man named Dillion came out and gave us a very detailed diagnostic about our unit. He was very informative and explained himself very clearly when I asked him questions. My family is one that doesn't walk in our home with shoes on, so we were very pleased that he had clovers over his boots to not get our carpet dirty. Also another gentleman named Dusty came over and assisted. When I tell you that from these guys working on my unit at my home, I was not just pleased, but felt like I was given enough information to understand how an air conditioning unit is supposed to work and operate. The price was better than the competition and they made us feel like we were their only clients. I'd recommend these guys over anyone. They will always be our go to company. Thank you Air Serve
