  • Our technician was Michael. This is a second visit this year. The first one was on a blistering hot day (SUNDAY!), when our COOLING stopped working! The house was a sauna. Lo and behold, who is driving right in front of our house – the AIRE SERV vaN… Let me just say, that was a God sent!! I He had to do a U-turn to come and help us. The issue was quickly identified ( the condensation pump was dead), new part ordered and scheduled to be replaced the next day! Fast, efficient, knowledgeable – what more can you ask for! This second visit was related to the HEATING system. It was an absolute pleasure to have him service the HVAC units, in preparation for the winter season. Since we had to ask for him by name, we had to wait for 4-5d, during which time we didn’t run the heating system, because it smelled strange to me when I started it a week earlier. He identified the problem with the unit on the first floor and quickly resolved the issue. A new part had to be retrieved and installed, which he did in the same visit. The second floor unit got some TLC as well, and after a tune-up and an EZ trap the unit is good to go. I was very happy, because the house was 59 F… Needless to say, we are very impressed by his professional demeanor and his knowledge. We signed up for the maintenance plan offered by his company! We couldn’t have picked a better technician and a company to service the Hvac systems in our house, which is going to be a rental property – our renters are in great hands. Thank you, Michael!   • Stellar customer service! Our air conditioning went out in July. We attempted to get repairs done through our home warranty company and immediately ran into problems. The other company assigned to us No-Showed for our appointment and didn’t return phone calls. We tried going on our own with other well known AC repair companies in the area; they all refused to work with a warranty company. I was referred to Aire Serve Chesapeake by a friend and was astonished by their customer service. Tiffany, the customer service liaison was on point getting us an appointment in the middle of a heat wave. Preston our technician was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all our questions. I would especially like to commend Josh, the service manager. He went above and beyond looking for solutions to our problem while dealing with the myriad demands of the warranty company. After arguing with the warranty company and trying to work through other companies for over a month, Aire Serve came through for us and resolved our problems. I cannot recommend them enough. I had no trouble communicating with them and they kept me informed every step of the way. I just found out they work on Boilers as well, so I have now found our new heating and air conditioning company. Thanks Aire Serve!
