Leo Hopkins was the tech that came and I'm extremely happy with how knowledgeable he was. He actually went through everything and even walked me and my brother through everything that he did. Once he was done with everything downstairs he came upstairs and checked and set the thermostat and showed me how to set it and change it. Thank you so much Leo!!!

Service provider Randy arrived at time promised and provided the service requested. He was gentle in letting me know that the furnace “problem” was me, the end user that changed the fan settings on the wall thermostat.

We had purchased a furnace and air conditioner from Air Serv. They were awesome to work with and they were extremely efficient. We were told it would take a couple days to remove the old and install the new equipment and the guy's got it all done in one day. The two technicians that we had were Tristan Weber and Don Jeitz and they did a great job, they were extremely efficient and very friendly. We were so impressed that it only took them one day to complete that entire project so we would like to thank them and I would recommend Air Serv to anyone who is looking for their Heating and Cooling needs. We would also like to thank Ian which was our sales person, he made the process of determining  what systems to buy and it was so easy, he was extremely flexible and worked with us to get our equipment scheduled to be put in in a week's time. Thanks again to your awesome team

Everyone was so helpful with getting me on the schedule! My tech, Truman, was polite, respectful of my property, and very pleasant . He gave me some suggestions and helpful tips so I feel more informed than I was. He was very good to explain things and clear things with me before he did anything. Nice guy!!!

Randy did an excellent job servicing our furnace. When he finished he went over what he had done and explained it in detail. He also explained how we could have an electronic filter installed. Which would save on purchasing filters.
