TJ Barnes installed the air filtration assembly and cleaned the dryer duct. Very quick, very professional, courteous and an excellent job. I highly recommend this business. My furnace was not retaining heat. Randy Eckwall came to my house today to figure out what the issue was. He was professional, and friendly. He resolved the issue, and made sure to check it several times to ensure it was working. He gave me a detailed explanation of what the issue was and what he did to fix it. I appreciate the professional service to get my furnace working again, so I can stay warm!

Leo came out to inspect two commercial rooftop units. He was professional, courteous, and most importantly knowledgeable. We had a great conversation about what was going on with both units and what to look for if they have issues in the future. I am a former electrian and I really appreciate the courtesy of information that Leo provided. I am certainly not an HVAV tech, so I will be calling AirServ of the Sioux Empire in the future with any issues I have and requesting Leo to be my tech.

Our technician, TJ, was so thorough and so personable. We had him do a furnace check. He took pictures and explained everything to us. He also recommended a duct cleaning which we do plan to do in January. He was awesome! Our experience with him and with this company has been excellent! Thank you for such great customer service!

What a lifesaver- and a patient, pleasant one at that! Randy came out minutes after we requested help, and on the night before Thanksgiving after business hours, no less. He is exactly the repair person you’d want in your home: polite, professional, accommodating, SUPER expedient.. and he clearly knows what he is doing. The ancient furnace in our rental was up and running in no time. 100% recommended. Thanks again, Randy!
