  • “I was a new customer of Air Serv after a really bad experience with another company. Our AC unit is old and really has a mind of its own. When it is working, it runs like a champ. However, once in while all you get is hot air! My first experience with Air Serv was about a month ago. Chris Hollis was our tech, wouldn't you know it when he arrived the AC was working perfectly! Chris was very patient and did the normal check of the AC, Blower, and all of the parts. He showed us our filter (it isn't an average wall filter) He took his time and was very open with what he was doing, the air continued to work fine for about a month. My second experience with Air Serv was just a few days ago. Our AC wasn't working (again), it couldn't get started. Our tech Jason Beyler came out and looked over the AC unit. He replaced an older part and the AC started working. Jason was very open about each step he was taking. He wanted to prepare me, because the unit was old this may be week fix or a 5 year fix. I truly appreciated his open communication regarding the AC unit. Both times Air Serv has serviced our AC unit, the Techs were on time, kind, polite, and very up front about the issues. It has been a pleasure to work with this company!”

Previous HVAC company tech said he can't do anything!! Aire Serv technician came and he led the unit and found we have dampers in the ducts and he adjusted the air flow and what a difference. Highly recommend this company.”

I received an email confirmation the day before my appointment will all the company contact info and the first name and last name of the person who would actually be coming to my house and performing the work!! Wow, first company I have ever seen that does that. Receptionist from the office called to confirm my appointment. They were able to come earlier so they called me to see if that would work for me. How nice is that!! Our service technician called when he was on his way to my house so I knew when to expect him. (Wish more companies would do that) He was on time, very clean cut and professional. He answered my questions, was respectful of our house with his shoes, worked quick and was done in no time. I could not expect better service and professionalism from a company. I will definitely use them again and will refer them to anyone needing AC/furnace work. Thank you Aire Serv and thank you Angies List.”

  • “I am currently an owner of a condo that had some A/C repair to be done. I called my insurance company Fidelity home warranty and they assigned Aire serv as the A/C repair company. The woman from customer support was very friendly and helped us get an earlier appointment than the one originally given to us. The repair guy came at the condo after 6 PM as the tenant could not be at the property before that. The leaking of water from A/C was fixed within 1 hour time and tenant was all set to use A/C that night.”

  • “Before I write my review, it is probably worth noting that homeowner's that use a Home Warranty will rarely be happy. While unfair to you/me, you need to remember that the contractor that is assigned your work order is under contract and can make minimal money on parts and labor. Therefore, your service will suffer as they tend to clients they can charge more to. I own several rental properties with a variety of different home warranty companies and have rarely been pleased. The best thing to do is get it assigned to a contractor and then work politely with them to get the job done quickly. With all that said, I was very pleased with the service I received from Aire Serv. Our primary residence AC failed. Needless to say my extremely pregnant wife was none too pleased. I filed a claim with Fidelity Home Warranty and they did a good job quickly assigning it. The first contractor it went to couldn't get out to even look at the issue for 10 days. I asked for it to be reassigned and it was sent to Aire Serv. I spoke with the receptionist, who was GREAT. She listened to my situation, was genuinely concerned and said she would make every effort to expedite it but still said it could be several days. She called back shortly that the technician had wrapped up a job close by early and could come over. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it. I know I was lucky to have got such quick service, but that luck is a result of Aire Serv. I highly recommend Aire Serv.”

  • “My husband and I are typically those "worst case scenario" type people, so when our AC went out yesterday in 90+ degree weather, we were concerned that the compressor went out so naturally assumed that it would be a $600+ repair, they came out this morning diagnosed the problem, was a simple low voltage fuse that had blown, so did complete system check with 1 year service for only $160! I told the Aire Serv representative that I had limited availability over the next few days, and we scheduled an 8:00 am appointment for the following Saturday. Aire Serv showed up promptly at 8:00 am. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had me up and quickly had me back up and running with a new condenser fan motor and a new run capacitor.
