“I received a thank you letter from your company the other day. Upon reading it I realized I should be the one thanking you and Bryce. I’m an ordinary guy living in an older house that was designed poorly. I have had trouble with my A/C for the last several years... The installers were just as nice, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful as Bryce and the other gentleman that first came to the house. They even laid a drop cloth from the back door across my 20 year old carpet that looks like an hippo took a dump on in various places. Which at first I laughed at, but it made me pay attention that carpet was the next project. At the same time Bryce came over as well to make sure that the promises he made to me were being carried out. He helped get the job staged and went over everything with the installers and came back by to make sure everything was going as planned. He didn’t come to our house with $$$$$$ in his eyes. He assessed the situation and came up with a simple solution that probably everyone I dealt with in the past thought of but didn’t mention because they all wanted to “sell” the big ticket. I’ve learned over the years that if you put the customer and their needs first ahead of my own then the money will follow. It always does. Bryce put my needs first. He gave me a solution, and created a way for my wife and I to realize the solution. He called me a few days after the installation to make sure everything was working well. When he called I thought ‘ya know I don’t know if it is working’ because it hasn’t been terribly hot out, but I (and still to this day) have never heard the damn thing running! Well I know it works.. I don’t know how because I never hear it when I’m outside, but it works. I love the new Lennox unit installed by your company. If I ever need any of your services on my home or any of my rental units Bryce will be the one I call, and he is undoubtedly at the top of my referral network for your industry.
