Responed to my phone call within the hour. Came out that same afternoon. He had to come back the next day to finish because my unit w as ""frozen" but he did so and gave me a great price for being an Angie member. Very honest, straightforward and fixed the problem 1st time !! Very considerate and pleasan

Daniel and his crew were as always efficient & timely. They did an awesome job! Left everything clean and neat :) I recommend their service as a keeper!

My experience with Residential Experts was wonderful! I was especially thankful for their help since my husband works nights and I have a one year old baby. I woke up very early with my son (sometime between 4:30 and 5:00) and my house was pretty cold because the furnace wasn't working. I fiddled with the thermostat trying to get it to work, but no luck. I rocked my little one back to sleep and called Residential Experts. I was surprised to get an answer since it was so early. However, not only did they answer, they were at my house with an hour. The owner himself came out! I was so impressed. He was very courteous and professional. He even asked if I wanted him to take off his shoes. He took a look at my furnace in my house and then at the fan outside. He ended up replacing the outdoor fan motor. While he was at my house, he also cleaned out the furnace and replaced the filter. To top it off, I did not get charged an exorbiant emergency service fee! I would highly recommend Residential Experts to anyone and would use them again!

Dan seemed very knowledgeable. He explained in detail what he was checking and how we should maintain the system. I was particularly impressed with how quickly he returned my call when I first contacted him. Dan was friendly and responsive. I appreciated his flexibility when I asked him to do the furnace check as well as diagnose the problem with the furnace humidifier. I would wholeheartedly recommend Residential Experts Heating and Cooling.

When he indicated it would be around 4pm I was skeptical but he was right in that time period. I was really expecting to get a call around 6 saying he would need to reschedule like happens all to often. I was also expecting a trainee or a sub contractor that had no connection to the company except that's who he was working for that day. It seems obvious it is either his company or a family company and that he takes it very seriously. My only question comes from a bullet point on their web page, “24 Hour Emergency Service with NO OVERTIME RATES! “. When I called Sunday around 8 p.m. and asked about the possibility of getting help that night, he said they don't service A/C at night. He said the lack of light is a problem but they do service furnaces at night. That kind of baffled me since I expect you would need to be able to see either one if you are working on them. <br /> I was overall very pleased and will definitely keep the phone number where I can find it case of future problems. <br /> <br />
