Highly recommend Aire Serv! I e-mailed the company about 9pm about our issue with our air conditioning system. By 7:30am the next day I received a personal phone call from the company and a technician (Joshua) showed up within 40 minutes of the phone call. Joshua took the time to investigate the entire system and quoted me a price to fix our problem before he started work. I gave him the OK. When Joshua had fixed the problem and checked out the entire system to ensure it was performing properly the actual repair cost was very much less than quoted because he did not have to perform as much work to complete the job. Aire Serv is an HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, and CARING company that I will use anytime I need service or repair to my equipment.

The gentleman was thorough and conscientious and went the extra mile. The job was to clean two dryer vents. I could smell fresh air in my dryer cabinet when the work was done. He corrected problems I had with pipe lengths. He left the work sites pristine.

Wow! Our tenant called to say the boiler in their home was not working. It's the weekend. I called Aire Serv and within 10 minutes Harvey-the owner-called me back. I took pictures and sent them to him so he could troubleshoot the problem. We talked over the phone and he has been responding to my questions via text as well. He was very helpful and patient with me as I know nothing about boilers and heating systems. Wonderful service. We will be calling to get our systems serviced and cleaned. Thank you Harvey.

Tony came out in the middle of a night to help my mother and i with our furnace. my father had set it up, but unfortunately was in the hospital. my mother, at her wits end, asked her brother for help since it was under 10 degrees and we had no heat. her brother, my uncle, called Tony and within an hour he traveled from Auburn to Poland afte 9pm because he didn't want us to freeze. HE HAD NEVER MET US JUST DID SO BECAUSE HE IS KIND. He spent 10 minutes diagnosing our issue, and within 20 total minutes had our furnace up and running again. not only was he here for a favor to his customer, honest, and very fair, he didn't make us feel bad nor feel like we put him out at all. I cannot recommend this company enough; they bent over backwards for a FAMILY MEMBER of a customer. I can't imagine how they treat their regulars. 10/10 highly recommend and can't thank them enough.
