Hunter Ward is incredible. I was his last call of his day around 7:45PM. He was determined to find why the furnace would not light. Over an hour later, after checking multiple wires, sensors, numerous tries to get it to light..he found a wire that wasn’t completely seated. After cleaning and tightening it, it went on to fire up every time. I was quoted $1400+ by another company saying I needed a new gas valve. My bill from Aire Serv $143.50…savings of over $1200! I joined their annual maintenance plan which is $14.50 or it would be less. How can you not join their maintenance plan when their technicians are so skilled and honest?!? Highly recommend and thank you again Hunter!

My technician was fantastic and really did a thorough job to track down my issue. I called them in for a contracted maintenance visit, but found out that my heat would not turn on during one of the cooler mornings. He checked every possible scenario and it was found out that my thermostat was no longer any good. It is since been replaced. I felt the price for the thermostat was a little high, but when you are in a situation, as such, you cannot shop it. All in all, I was very happy with my service and I am going to recommend my technician to a friend who is in need of some work done on her furnace also.
