The technician that came to my house was very professional a very straightforward with what his findings were. I believe his name was Cameron. I do not have my paperwork in front of me, but he was very professional. My experience with air services been wonderful I’ve had them out three times now some of it was just for maintenance work, one time to replace the thermostat and one time was to replace a fuse. they are very professional. Brent Helm, my service technician and his helper are awesome. He explains everything, he doesn’t charge me more than I need to be charged he doesn’t try to sell me anything he just states the facts and lets me go from there and I truly appreciate that. I would recommend aireserv to anyone and everyone.

I called Aire Serv of Lake Cumberland to get a price for a new heat pump. I had gotten 2 other estimates before. Chris came out and took his time to check out my old heating system and we talked about the different options he could offer me. He gave me estimates for 3 different systems and I told him that we (my wife and I) would talk about it and let him know soon which option we would go with. We decided to go with the 15 SEER unit. Chris had told me that he would be going out of town for a few days and could probably start the work on next Wednesday. He said it might take a day and a half to do the work. He called me when he returned and we decided to start on Thursday instead. He said they would be here around 8:30 AM and they were here at that time. The work was done very professionally. They had to modify quite a few things to get the indoor unit installed correctly. Outside the cooling lines and the electric lines were in a state of disarray and they really worked hard to get them run neatly into the unit. Everything looks very nice plus they got the work done in one day. They carried all the old parts off and all in all it was a very good experience. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

after calling conway and they said they would put us on the list of service orders today. i specified there was a 2 month old in the 82 degree house. they said they would call when on the way. at 651 pm…still no call…called choates and they said not till june 7…i called both of them because i knew their names..finally i googled 1 more time and came across aire serve…they listed us as asap because of the baby and 5 minutes later someone was on their way. our technician,Jacob, was friendly and professional and able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and with ease. he had us back in cool air in no time! would definitely reccomend to anyone who asks.
