I had a blower motor on my unit that kept cutting out every time it started up. Out of the four companies that came up on my list here at Yelp when I submitted a service request, Aire Serve of Collierville was the first to call, so I went with them, as I was needing prompt service due to the heat. This was around 4:00 PM. Dorothy was very nice and patient with me and made me feel comfortable given my situation. She put me on "emergency" priority and informed me they would get me taken care of that evening. A while later, another girl called to tell me the technician Cory was running behind, but would make it to my house. Sure enough, he called me a few minutes before he showed up. He arrived at 8:00 PM and went right to work. Didn`t take long to find the problem, plus he had a replacement part on his truck. He told me about the Advantage Plan and how it works, so I went along with that, since I didn`t have a service contract before. Joining the plan also reduced my service call charge considerably. I look forward to working with Aire Serve for all my HVAC needs.

All of the guys that came to my house to switch out 3 HVAC systems were amazing. They worked hard for 2 days in insufferable heat conditions. Every one of them were pleasant, polite and never said a disparaging word about the horrible heat conditions.
