Our unit went out and Aireserv was prompt at getting us on the schedule and getting a technician out to assess our issue. Since our unit was so old and we’ve had multiple issues, we decided to look at replacing. We were nervous because we have never done this before. Emi came out and educated us on all of the different options on replacing our unit and she let us decide what was best for us rather than pushing us. I am going to start off by saying this is a great company and 100% recommend for all HAVC needs. My AC unit was leaking in the attic and caused water damage through the ceiling. I didn’t know what or why it was leaking so I called Friday morning and Chris was able to fit me in the same day. He is amazing he came on time, was able to figure out the problem right away and explained everything in details and answered all my questions along the way. I trusted everything he said and the solution he had for my problem. I had two people look at my units and didnt really know what to fix but Chris spotted it right away and took care of the issue the same day and worked until 9pm. He went above and beyond and was very professional. This business is great and will definitely be calling them for all of my services and maintenance.
