Originally, I rated them five stars as it “looked” like they did a good job, although the guy did trample plants when there was a slab right there. He cleaned my dryer vent. First, he only went from the outside in, and did not go from the dryer out also. I figured if it worked, that would be fine. After leaving I noticed there was no air coming from the vent. I called back and they were very nice about sending someone out again. When the guy got here, I suggested he clean from the dryer out, which he did. Told me it was working, but when I checked, still no air coming out of the vent. After numerous attempts and him informing me that he couldn’t explain why it was not blowing, trying to blame it on my dryer, I convinced him to run it through a few more times, Got out lots of lint and finally got the line cleared, again trampling my plants. Still working, but noticed he also left my crawl space cover off and lying on the ground. The office staff is extremely nice and responsive. I think this is a training matter or perhaps someone who does not want to make much effort.

I’m a first time homeowner and my AC unit wasn’t working great, it needed a nice tune up and it needed to be cleaned. The house was getting hot and the air flow was weak. So my home warranty company connected me to Air Serv. I just want to rave on contractor pro, Gabriel Ruiz. Being a first time homeowner I had so many questions and I wanted someone to walk me through everything. Gabriel was at my house from 8 am to almost noon, taking the time to run all the tests and give my AC Unit a good clean and tune up. I will say that my air conditioner runs BETTER than ever! The contractor answered every question I had and he was super kind with his time to help walk me through somethings with how my home is setup and what to look for. I feel confident and I now know everything I need to do to maintain and prevent future issues. The staff at Air Serv is super kind, Tammy who sets the appointments is great and so smart. If you live in the middle Tennessee area this is a great company to look into. Super service!
