They were able to send a technician the same day I called. Marc was able to catch something another company/technician didn’t (due to the company’s policy to check the whole system instead of just focusing on the presenting problem) which means I need a new system due to several things going wrong with my current one. He was calm and great at explaining what was going on. He took pictures to show me exactly what was going on, and made sure to fix what he could to give me time to make decisions. He also made several phone calls to help answer questions I had about the process. He was kind and professional. The scheduler was also friendly and professional.

I didn’t want to but I needed to get my AC replaced! Our service technician Adrian was extremely professional and showed me the issue and explained the outdated issues that are far more expensive than the cost of the new one. Super professional and very knowledgeable/Respectfully. Then Kyle the Comfort advisor came out and really worked on the cost of a whole new system and was shocked I had a 22 year old system surviving! Cost analysis and everything! Such a great company! Earned me as a life customer!

Our AC went out late Wednesday night. We called aire serve and were told that someone would call us the next morning. The call came as soon as they opened around 8AM and the representative could not have been more helpful. She said they had no availability until Friday morning, but if some thing became available sooner we would be at the top of the list. She called around 2PM and said that she could have someone here in the evening. The tech came and had us repaired in no time. He was very helpful and had a great attitude even though you could tell he had had a long day. I am very pleased with the service from Aire Serve.
