    CEO

    Gary started in the HVAC Industry over 10 years ago, following more than 20 years in construction and the Hospitality Industry. He has been happily married to his wife, Shelley, for almost 25 years and they have lived in the Flower Mound/Double Oak area for 16 of those. Gary is a huge baseball fan – not easy to maintain when you root for the Mets! In his free time, he loves to cook, read, workout at Fit Body Highland Village and hang out with friends and family. He’s also teaching himself to play guitar. He says his favorite thing about owning Aire Serv of Flower Mound is the chance to meet so many home and business owners in the area and improve the enjoyment level of their home and office surroundings!

    Shelley started her working life in the Hospitality Industry (that’s where she and Gary met almost 30 years ago!). In addition to staying home to raise their kids, Shelley worked as a first-grade teacher and started a baking business called Eat Cake, as well as keeping the books for their other businesses, Harvest Moon Energy and Summer Sun Heat & AC. She started in the HVAC business full time when they purchased the Aire Serv franchise in 2016. In her spare time Shelley likes to read, bake, watch football, travel and enjoy time with friends. Of course, her favorite time is spent hanging out with Gary and their kids, Clay and Zoe.

    Giselle Enriquez

    Director of Marketing

    Giselle has been with Aire Serv for 2 years and serves as the Marketing Associate. She was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, one of 8 children. She is a recent graduate of the University of North Texas where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. She enjoys many things, such as overcoming a good challenge, doing adventurous stuff with her family and dogs, graphic design, traveling with her mother, and singing and playing the piano.

    Customer Service Representative

    Alivia, originally from Denver, Colorado has been with the Aire Serv of Flower Mound team for two years. She has many years of customer service experience and is passionate about giving exceptional service. Alivia is happily married to her wonderful husband, Nikolos, who is her traveling companion and partner in crime. Alivia is an avid tea drinker who loves to cook, fix up the old house, get pedicures, and spend time with friends, family, and her wirehaired miniature Dachshund, Lil’ Charles.

    Austin has been with Aire Serv of Flower Mound for over two years now and has 10+ years of customer service experience. He is a scheduling wizard. Austin was born and raised in Plano, Texas which is where he also met his beloved wife, Fany. His ideal night is staying home and spending time with his wife and son, Elvin. Austin finds enjoyment in making people happy, doing yard work, and cooking. When you call the office, more than likely Austin will be your first contact and will do all that he can to help.

    Brandon, also known as “Juice Box”, has been with Aire Serv of Flower Mound from the beginning. He’s a California native who loves to ride his motorcycle and travel. Brandon enjoys spending his time with his daughter, Leah, and watching her grow. He takes on any challenge given to him and loves to show people a good time. Brandon’s favorite quote is, “I’m the best there is and best there’s ever gonna be.”

    Caleb has been with the Aire Serv of Flower Mound team for over two years and has lived in Keller, Texas for most of his adult life. He enjoys working out, doing Jiu Jitsu, eating, hanging with his brothers, and any activity that gets his adrenaline going. Fun fact - Caleb's first time ever on an airplane was also the first time he ever went skydiving!

    Donovan is a Dallas native and has been with the company for almost 6 months. He is a proud father to a beautiful little girl, Bridget. They love to walk and play in the park around White Rock Lake. In Donovan’s spare time he likes to try new restaurants (one of his favorite restaurants is The Cheesecake Factory), spend time with his family, and relax. He's also a big Netflix supporter! Being a technician can be hard, but Donovan wakes up every morning excited to be able to make a customer smile and feel comfortable.

    Jacob, an Austin native, has been with the Aire Serv of Flower Mound team for about a year. He is a dog lover and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and kids watching movies and visiting the park. Jacob admires that Aire Serv of Flower Mound truly cares about customer relationships and always puts them first.

    Matt was born and raised in Fort Worth, TX and is "817 Funky Town" till he dies. He is the newest addition to Aire Serv, but is no stranger to the Home Energy Services world. He came across Aire Serv when his neighbor raved about the company and he instantly knew he wanted to be a part of the team! In Matt’s spare time, he loves to read, play basketball, enjoy his favorite Mexican restaurant, La Playa Maya, and spend time with his family, especially his little brother, Shane, who is severely Autisitc and a huge part of Matt's life.
