Exceptional service from start to finish. We’ve had many AC tune-ups over the years, and Aire Serv truly stood out. They arrived exactly on time, which we really appreciated. The technician, Jeff, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He didn’t rush through the appointment and took the time to explain what he was doing and why it mattered. Jeff went above and beyond with the cleaning—he cleaned both units thoroughly, spraying the coils and even pulling the fan to spray it out. A surprising amount of debris came out, and you can immediately tell the system is now running much more efficiently. On top of that, he identified and fixed an issue with the upstairs unit’s fan that will save us money and help extend the life of the system. That kind of proactive care makes a huge difference. Highly recommend Aire Serv. This was hands-down one of the best HVAC service experiences we’ve had.

Mat, the owner quickly assessed my needs for a replacement 2.5 ton Ac unit and he proposed an affordable and very competively priced Ruud unit. Two other companies couldn’t come close to his price and his no pressure manner. Dave and another assistant changed the unit in about 5 hours and it was a vertical hang for the air handler in a tight attic but it was installed almost effortlessly. Mat, the owner was involved in the process from start to finish. This is a professional company that cares and delivers beyond expectations. Give them a try, I’m glad I did.

The technician was clearly very experienced and made a number of suggestions that had not been made with my past vendors. One of my units is much older and the 2nd is newer. Both units serviced with a lot of attention to details with no pressure to do unneeded work which was my favorite part of the service. On time and efficient.
