  • Recently, I had an issue with my gas furnace, which was not sending out heat after few minutes of starting. I got Aire Serv, through AHS and one of their technicians, Chris came promptly, to check the unit. First day, we waited for 15 min, and it did not fail surprisingly, while he was there. I had to call them back, as the issue persists. Chris made time, and came quickly for the 2nd visit. This time, he saw the problem. He worked with AHS and get the parts ordered. Within a few days (3 to 4), parts came and he came even before the appointment and put them all together. It is good so far. I had good conversations with Chris and Wess (hope spelled correctly) during the process and they are very helpful, making this experience easy and smooth.

  • Aire Serv did a fantastic job for me installing my new HVAC system! What sets them apart from the rest is their expertise, experience and professional client service which is second to none! I shopped three other companies who just wanted to give me a an estimate for a replacement unit without thoroughly inspecting my current setup, checking my duct work, doing load calculations or anything. All they asked was what’s the square footage to determine unit size so they can provide me the estimate and leave. Aire Serv took the time to do all of those things but also explained the details behind the “what” and “why” throughout it all. We are so glad we decided to use them and they will be our ongoing HVAC company from here on out! If you’re not happy with your current hvac provider or shopping for a new one give this company a call you’ll be glad you did. Thanks Aire Serv our new unit is working like a charm!
