Local Furnace Repair in Gonzales, Louisiana

I was very, very pleased with this service! I purchased my home a few months ago and knew pretty much nothing about the condition of the furnace and a/c systems. He not only performed the inspections that I requested, he went into great detail explaining how each worked, explained the proper routine maintenance, and gave me some troubleshooting tips to extend their life. He did not seem to mind me looking over his shoulder one bit. He talked to me the whole time explaining what he was doing and what he was looking for. He did not try to sell me any long-term contracts, actually he told me that if there's no indication of any problems, an every-other-year inspection/tune-up should be just fine! I was really surprised. One of the reasons I had put this off is because of stories I had heard from co-workers about how pushy heating/ac guys can be trying to lock people into contracts. In addition, on the receipt that he left me he wrote out in detail all the things he had told me so that I wouldn't forget, along with my filter size, etc. In short, he did a very thorough inspection and taught me a ton of things in the process! Without question this is who I'll call when my 17-yr old units fizzle out in the next few years (hopefully!).

Daniel was amazing in a major time need for us. Our A/C went out on a Wednesday night and Daniel was prompt and over at our place on Thursday evening as soon as I was available. He came to check out the issue and advised that a major part could be replaced or we should get a new one. He explained in technical detail the issue as well as in layman's term. He compared it to having open heart surgery vs. getting a new body. As we went through the options, he explained pros and cons of everything. <br /> <br /> He was able to install the new until two days later over the weekend for no extra charge. There was also an issue where our new unit was stolen out of the back of Daniel's pick up while he was removing my previous unit. I thought for sure this was going to turn in to a nightmare of a problem, but he simply said he would take care of the issue, ran back to the distributor and picked up another unit. I was so relieved and happy. One issue that came up is that he did not have enough freon to fill the unit and all available filling stores were closed. Daniel was able to find a place on Sunday morning and promptly get the unit filled back up and properly running. In addition, he came back on Thursday to double check and verify that all was working. <br /> <br /> He was professional and willing to explain and show me how everything worked which I really appreciated as I like to understand everything. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for their professionalism, competitive price, and great service.
