Last year the hot weather persuaded me to turn on an old Carrier heat pump that had not been run for some time, and that wouldn't cool. I learned about Aire Serv of Southern Maine through their web site, they provided quick service, and the heat pump cooled the house the rest of that summer and also when needed through 2019. The service person was obviously competent, and I expect to contact Aire Serv the next time my heat pump fails to operate properly.

I called early afternoon with a concerning propane smell coming from our boiler room and no heat/hw, I spoke to the sweetest woman, Kim, who quickly dispatched a tech for that afternoon. Kim texted me updates on his arrival time and checked in throughout the process, she was truly fantastic to work with. The tech, Chris was a gem of a human and so very knowledgeable. He walked me through what he was seeing, eased my mind and tweaked a few things. He also was up front immediately about the pricing quote (incredibly reasonable) and wrote up extensive notes on my invoice so I had a detailed rundown. I couldn’t be more impressed with their approach to service and will be a full time customer from here on out!
