Wow! It is a Saturday morning and my mother-in-law's heat pump was making a racket and the coils on the outside unit were partially frozen up. Within 30 minutes of me contacting Aire Serv of Southern Maine, they called me back. I never expected such a quick response on a Saturday! They were incredibly polite and helpful, and everything is working perfectly again. We will be scheduling yearly maintenance for our heat pump from now on.

My oil furnace was only heating one zone. The main house was 48 degrees. I called my oil delivery company -they only service gas (?). Then I tried a company recommended by a friend -they only take out of hours calls from existing customers. I couldn't find a reputable well rated company searching the web. I tried HomeAdvisor and found two companies. Aire Serv had 4.5 star rating. I reached out. It was sunday. They responded quickly with an offer to come out that day. I didn't get the message through HomeAdvisor until a few hours later by which time it was too late. The owner, Harvey, offered to talk me through manually opening the zone valve. We texted, I sent pics, he guided me over the course of a few hours. With his expert guidance I was able to find the problem fix it. Very helpful. Great service. Really committed to getting my heat back on in the middle of below zero temps. I cannot thank you enough Harvey! It was below zero again last night. And we had heat With gratitude.

I have been a very satisfied client of Aire Serv of Southern Maine for 25 years. No matter when I called, day, night or weekend, I was able to get service on my ancient cranky boiler. Said boiler finally died last February, 2018, and Harveys crew kicked into high gear, getting a high tech boiler in asap during that cold snap. I swear by the responsiveness, technical skills, grace and courtesy of all of the staff at Aire Serv and highly recommend this company!

A prompt follow-up call by Mr. Multer verifying everything was done to my satisfaction was much appreciated. Have not used system yet so cannot rate that; but, Lennox is a well-known reliable brand so do not anticipate any problems.
