Harvey Multer was the on top of the latest developments in this technology and guided me to a system that met the specs I was looking for, which for the Maine climate was a tall order. The whole crew was a very competent and pleasant one with whom to work. They handled a problem with some of the OEM components the first winter very promptly and responsibly. I have been very pleased with the performance of the system.
