Excellent service and reasonably priced. He was $4,000 less than the company American Home Shield wanted us to use!

We have an annual maintenance contract for our two AC units with Aire Serv. Our tech, Chance, is always on time and he does an absolutely thorough job of checking everything on both our units. He keeps our units in top condition and provides recommendations to keep our units functional. We highly recommend Aire Serv and our tech Chance. They provide an high quality service.

I'm not one who normally takes the time to write a review. But I received such tremendous service I just had to take the time to write this. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and expertise of work done by Charlie, Josh, and Chance. I needed to have my whole air conditioning and heat pump unit replaced. The day of my install they arrived right on time to begin the work. They started with the inside unit. Once completed, they began work on my outside unit. After being installed the outside unit refused to run. It was determined the unit was bad. Since it was already dark, and everyone was closed Charlie said he would pick up another unit in the morning. He assured me he would do everything possible to get me another unit and have it working the next day. He called me the following morning saying there were no more Carrier units available in the San Antonio area due to COVID and the supply chain problems being experienced around the country. He went on to say he had gotten up early and been calling all around and finally located one in Corpus Christi. He was told they were closed for New Years. But after talking with them he made special arrangements for someone to meet him there to open up the store once he arrived. He told me he was on his way to Corpus to pick up the unit and would call me as soon as he returned to San Antonio. I received a call that afternoon saying he was back in San Antonio. He said he would need to pick up Josh and Chance to help him move the new unit and load up the old unit. Once they arrived at the house they began working right away. Now remember it's New Year's Eve and it's already 4 in the afternoon. Charlie said they would not leave until everything was completed and working properly. They finished everything and by the time they left it was about 7pm. Any company that thinks so much of their customers to put such a huge effort into making sure everything possible is being done for that customer deserves all my respect and business. I just hope when you are in need of repairs or servicing you will call them first. And when you call you need to ask for Annette. She's the one handling the daily operations keeping the business running. I guarantee you will be completely satisfied and not have any regrets. And by the way, they are a family owned and operated company. So please think of them first. You will not only be glad you did but if you're like me you will be a customer for life.
