My furnace and A/C were installed by a different company in December of 2019 as soon as summer hit the AC unit froz up and the initial installers cane back every month to figure out why it would freeze up. They did all sorts of stuff until the 12 month end of warranty mark then they stopped taking my calls… I've had 4 other companies come in over the different summers to figure out why it freezes up every 3 to 4 weeks. I've spent thousands of dollars on recommendations. Until Haris Air serve. QUE ANGELIC MUSIC! Their guy came out and couldn't see what was wrong so he called his supervisor to come help. Louise came to take readings and measurements of the unit. Everything seemed just right but it was still freezing. He came 2 more times and finally figured out there was a tiny piece of fiberglass insulation blocking the drain spout. Boom! Fixed. He never charged me anything until he fixed it, then it was only a small service charge of $89. I couldn't believe it. It is October now and the A/c has not had one hiccup. Amazing company small, local and fantastic. Thank you!
