  • Found my laundry room flooded as my 10 year old propane hot water tank decided to leak. Called a 24X7 plumbing service ( with good reviews) a few times that evening/night with no response. Since I knew Jim, the owner of Aire Serve in Martinsburg, I contacted him and he send two guys, Herbie and Josh, to take a look the next day. Both men were knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional providing great customer service. Realizing we had our four small grandchildren spending a few nights with no hot water, Jim located a new tank quickly and got us scheduled the next morning for install. Herbie and Josh completed the install with no issues. Technicians were great and we liked the level of communication Aire Serve provided: Text w/ picture of technician so we knew who was showing up each day, emails with warranty and information for our records, and a phone call once completed. We would use Air Serve of Martinsburg again.

  • Updated review: I called Aire Serv for a second time for my AC frying up, two days before leaving to visit family. Our same tech as last time was at our house in probably 30 minutes with text updates on his arrival (understanding that not every time can they respond that quickly, we happened to call at the perfect time for their schedule. they are a busy company). We needed a new system as the compressor finally kicked the bucket (it was 21 years old). Since we were getting a new system with them, the owner personally brought us a portable AC unit that same day to try and help keep at least one of our rooms livable. They installed it for us. That was extremely thoughtful and so appreciated, especially with two little kids. This all happened on a Tuesday afternoon. Our unit was delivered to them on Thursday and installed on Monday, first thing in the morning. We were out of town so the timing worked out great for us. I did not shop around on prices, as we just wanted a new system as soon as possible and felt comfortable with this company, so I can’t speak to that. But the price tag for a 16 SEER unit was what I was expecting. They continue to have some of the best communication I’ve experienced or heard of in his industry. They want to earn and keep your business, and that’s evident from their professionalism, communication, and attention to their work. Previous review from about a year ago: My AC stopped working on the random 80 degree day we had. I replaced the thermostat thinking that was the issue. I called around to various companies and even put info into Angie’s List. Aireserv popped on Angie’s List but I didn’t call them. They called me, I’m assuming after I entered my info on Angie’s List, and were able to come out that day for a service fee that was more than HALF their competitors so I went with them (I had already looked them up and saw the positive reviews) and cancelled the other appointments I had. Communication from this company is top notch. They text you every step of the way. They came out at the time they said and diagnosed the problem (control board was fried). They checked multiple things to be sure they found the problem. My system is 20 years old so they could have easily told me I just needed a new system and I probably would have believed them. They adjusted the fan to bypass the control board so I had AC/heat until the part came in. Part was in within a few days and they came out that morning to replace it. Again, great communication about their arrival and all of that. Fix took about 2 minutes. I was in meetings when they arrived and Jordan was very considerate and as quiet as he could be (even after I told him it was not an issue and he can make whatever noise he needed to). I was extremely pleased with the friendliness, communication, and professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

  • Was looking for a same day service and they came through when others couldn’t! Showed up before arrival date, found the problem and fixed it in 30 minutes or less! The cost for the service was even lower than expected, which was an added bonus! Serviceman was very friendly and professional as well! Would reccomend this company to everyone! Great job guys! 👍
