I had seven companies quoting on the replacement of our 3 ton heat pump and air handler. Air Serv was not the least expensive but worked with me and I feel I got the best bang for the buck. I compared units quoted, warranties, and consumer reports on the units. They were courteous, honest and responded quickly to any questions I had about units and the installation. The install was on time and looked great. The system has been perfect so far and I don’t expect any concerns with the install. I am looking forward to the next 2 or 3 electric bills as there should be a noticeable difference.

I initially tried getting quotes at multiple places for an HVAC system designed for a basement to be finished in. Other companies in Rome didn't even get back with me. Larry, however, looked over my plans carefully to understand everything I wanted to accomplish. He quoted it how I had it. Then he talked with me at length and great patience, helping me to find some smart changes that really saved me some money! I was very pleased with the price as it was not only fair but generous to me. The people here really care for their customers in a way that I have not experienced for many years. Even after all the work, these are the kind of people I would want to hang out with! I wish them the very best in their business and will continue to recommend them to anyone I meet who needs HVAC work.
