I can't say enough good things about the service we received. Our A/C unit is over 30 years old, and honestly, I expected to be told it was a lost cause. Instead, Robert rolled up his sleeves and treated it like a personal challenge. Despite the age of the system and the unexpected hurdles that kept popping up along the way, he was absolutely determined to get it running right—and he did. What really stood out was his persistence. He didn't take shortcuts or push us toward an expensive replacement we weren't ready for. He worked through every problem methodically, explained what he was doing, and stuck with it until our home was cool and comfortable again. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work and cares about doing right by his customers. If you've got an older unit and you're worried it can't be saved, Robert and Aire Serv of Lombard are the people to call.
