I was having problems with my condensing unit making noise that would wake me up at night. Connor came and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts that were needed. When he returned with the new parts he had them installed quickly and efficiently. My system is now running like when it was new and I think that my neighbor will appreciate the quiet as much as I do. Having been told by another A/C company that I needed a new compressor (@ $2K), I wanted a second opinion. I called Residential, and they confirmed that the system had merely frozen up (from having the thermostat set too low) and that now, the system was working perfectly.

The service went well. Service man came out and checked out the system and said all was fine. He even suggested that if we didn't have a problem, it may be ok to skip a service check in the next year since everything looked fine. <br />

I was out of town and awakened by a phone call from my daughter at home, she told me that the heater was making a loud noise about every 10 minutes. I spoke with Daniel Bandy, he told me that he would be able to look at the unit that afternoon. After setting up a time that would work for everyone, I left it to Mr. Bandy to fix. He arrived on time, and in less than a hour had the unit fixed and in working order. Three days later the weather has changed drastically and now we need the a/c unit on to cool the house. After running for about an hour we noticed the temperature inside has not come down but has risen. Oh, did I mention it is Christmas Eve, 4:30 pm. I give Daniel a call with little hope that at this time and date, he would be able to help us out. Daniel told me he needed to check with family first but would call back shortly. Daniel called back in less than 15 min.,let me say that I was extremely pleased when he told me he could be out within the hour. Mr. Bandy arrived and went right to work and the repairs were done in less than an hour. Impressive to say the least. To my amazement there were no extra charges for Holiday or overtime, just his regular rates which are very reasonable. He did both jobs for under $225, parts and labor, that is outstanding. <br /> Mr. Daniel Bandy impressed me both professionally and personally. He is knowledgeable of his trade at the highest level,has all the tools needed to perform the needed task and his work ethic is just what a customer should expect. Very neat and personable, just the type of character needed for someone you must invite in to your home.
