Local AC Repair Service in Bedias, North Carolina

We’ve had a great experience with AirsServ over the last several years and appreciate their support package that we can renew each year to keep our systems running well. Mitch was very helpful and friendly on our last visit. He explained everything clearly and made sure we had all the information we needed to keep our HVAC systems working.

Love this company as they do everything with excellence! Stephanie is our technician and would never have anyone else! Highly recommend- don’t even think about going with anyone else if you want to keep your units in the best shape! A very satisfied customer!

** 2025 Update Clearly I like this company if I’ve been using them multiple years. HVAC repairs are expensive but I don’t think this company is any more expensive than anyone else, and the quality of necessary repairs has been solid. I have had Trevor as my tech on multiple occasions. He always wears foot covers, is able to work independently, is very polite and communicative, and takes his time explaining things. His assessment process seems very thorough and I like the software that his company uses. They take photos of everything and show it to me so I feel like I know what I’m looking at. It’s kind of like going to get your oil changed and they show you the air filter to demonstrate that it’s time to change it. The photos make me feel like both of us are protected against any confusion or misunderstanding. I highly recommend this company. ** 2024 Update Just adding to my previous praise. One technician serviced for units at three locations for us in a day. He also found a leak under one of the buildings that he was able to alert us to before it became more problematic. I am super grateful for that. Their text are always polite and clean, and they make a genuine effort to take the time to explain things when we have questions. I am certain we have gotten additional life out of our units because they come twice a year to seasonally prep them. I’m grateful for their consistent service over the decades. From 2023: We have been using this company for about 20 years, before it was purchased by the Aire Serv franchise. We have found they provide reliable high-quality service, and they retain techs well enough that we recognize people year after year. This year we had about half of our HVAC system replaced out of necessity. There were a couple of bumps getting it rolling with our other outdated equipment, but they responded quickly to our issues and fixed them. On more than one occasion we have called them out for an emergency repair after hours. They have always been quickly responsive and professional. Last night we had an AC outage and we called them for help. In spite of the scheduled tech being unable to respond (I guess going into labor is a solid excuse) they got another tech out to us very efficiently. After all these years I can’t imagine calling anybody else.

This company came out and repaired my parents heat pump system. The technician that came was knowledgeable and professional. I will use them again for future repairs and maintenance.
