The power went out at our house on the night before Labor Day which caused an issue with getting my HVAC and thermostat back in sync the next day. I called around to a few HVAC co’s and AireServ was the only one able/willing to come out on Labor Day. Jonathan (the owner) called me back within about 20 mins, sent me a tracking link so I could see how close he was to arriving. Once at my house he looked over my system in great detail and provided a temporary solution until his tech could come out for a permnanent fix. Keith G is the tech that came out. He is a 30+ year vet of the HVAC industry. He was thorough, communciative and a pleasure to work with. We signed up for a mtce contract with Aire Serv and I will never think about using another HVAC co as long as they are in business. I highly recommend you call them!

Our HVAC Heat pump has died prematurely after 7 years, during the hottest month of the year. I researched HVAC companies within SC/NC area, and came across Aire Serv of South Charlotte. I reached out for someone to give me a call back. In less than an hour, I received a call back and scheduled an appointment for someone to come out to give me a quote for the next day. Overall, the appointment process was quick, and straightforward. The next day, I continued to receive updates on the arrival time (there was a live tracking link). I met with Jonathan, the owner, who was very professional and knowledgeable on HVAC systems. He assessed my existing equipment and asked questions about heating and cooling related to our home. He provided three recommendations. Jonathan was very thorough in explaining all of the options, and addressed all of my questions. Overall, the consumer experience was great. Johnathan was honest, sincere so I decided to go forward with AireServ On installation day, the team came to my home on time and was very professional and knowledgable. They wore shoe coverings, and was were very careful in removing the old equipment and installing the new equipment. Johnathan was very attentive and provided consistent updates throughout the installation process. Fort Mill County was very pleased with the workmanship and approved the inspection. I am pleased with the experience, and would definitely do business with them in the future as well recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC support.
