I called Aire Serve and spoke to a very nice person who said luckily he could be here very soon to take a look, he had one hour before his next appt and would do all he could. Surprisingly, this gentleman was here within 10 minutes of my call. I know this isn’t usual and I’m gateful. He was able to diagnose the issue before he moved on to his previously scheduled appt with the promise that he, or another tech would be back to fix it that day. I never doubted him for a minute. True to his word a tech showed up that afternoon and got my furnace running fine again. Two really great employees, and a very reasonable bill made the whole experience much better than it might have been. I highly recommend Aire Serve!
