My home is so much more comfortable now thanks to Aire Serv! They moved my furnace and redid duct work to make it central in the home which allowed heat to disburse appropriately. Before the furnace was at one end of our home and the opposite side was always so cold in the winter. After, we had them install an AC unit. It has been a lifesaver with the last 2 HOT summers we had. To move the furnace and redo the duct work took a lot of thought and detail and they got it right!

I have used Airserve on a number of occasions here in Spokane. Furnace and Airconditioning service on the existing old equipment that was in my house when I moved in seven years ago to replacement with a state-of-the-art new energy efficient gas furnace, electrostatic air cleaner and humidifier a couple of years ago. I also had them do a difficult gas piping job when I converted my old electric cooktop to a nice gas cooktop. So, when I needed someone to come an lower my gas meter and assist me in removing an old abandoned barbecue gas line, I knew who to call. Every time, they were very responsive, on time, professional and fair. I was a residential general contractor for forty years and have dealt with every kind of subcontractor imaginable. I would have to rate AirServe as one of the best I have worked with. Highly recommend.

First time using this business. I emailed to get a non-emergency appointment on Wed, got one for Friday. I was impressed by the professionalism and ease of my technician. Showed me everything that he was doing, gave tips for homeowner maintenance, and cleaned up when he was finished. My A/C condenser was leaking water through my furnace. Turned out to be a blockage in the condensation line. I also had the technician remove an old humidifier that was installed in my furnace, but had never been operational when I bought the home. After blocking the clog, updating the connection for my drip line, removing the humidifier, blocking off the holes from the humidifier and giving some great insight into my furnace the bill was very inexpensive. Paid less than $300 to repair when I was worried I would need a whole new A/C condenser. I am having this company price out an entire filtration system replacement now (since my circa 2003 furnace has a terrible electric ozone style cleaner, and no traditional filters). Based upon my experience with them, I highly recommend this company. As a realtor, I will recommended them to my clients as well.

Aire Serve replaced a twenty year old boiler and updated my hydronic baseboard heating system in September 2019. The new boiler is much more efficient and silent. The staff at Aire Serve were all helpful, in particular, the owner, Eric Coombs. On the two occasions when I dropped into the office looking for information he took the time to listen and answer my questions, even though I could see he had other demands on his time. When he visited the house to evaluate the old system, and then later installed the new one, it was clear to me that he not only knows hydronic heating, but equally important, his passion and commitment to providing first class service impressed me.
