As it turned out, we needed a new unit. They gave us options and reasonable prices. The new unit we chose was delivered and installed right on schedule and they did a superb installation. We had a crawl space dehumidifier installed and are very pleased! James came out first to look at the issue and we all determined that our crawl space was so humid – and found out it was 95% humidity. They did the install very timely, professionally, quickly, and the quality was A+. Since we had it installed yesterday, the humidity today is alot lower 75% and dropping. Thanks, James and Dustin! When I write my reviews I do my best to be as honest as possible. At times my brutal honesty makes some business owners upset. Not this time, from the ladies that answers the phones to the HVAC Technician Derrick I can’t say enough about their work ethics. They have to be one of the most honest people I’ve ever done business with. Between my wife and myself we have over 70 years of customer service experience, therefore we know how a customer should be treated. They have customer service down to an perfection, don’t let me leave out the professionalism and work ethics of our technician. For over three hours Derrick worked in our attic which had to be well in the hundred degree plus temperature, never once complaining. Each time he came down those steps, he had a smile on his face and was happy to have us as a customer. I could go on and on bragging about this company, however I don’t want it going to their heads! Lol. If you read my other reviews you will see that I don’t usually rate a company this high unless they deserve it. A huge thank you to Carl and the entire staff for getting our home cool again. Between mine and my wife ages we can’t handle the 90 degree temperatures inside our home, neither can our two little doggies. I can’t say thank you enough.
