Excellent service! I had a weird smell from the AC. The technician came on time and asked me important questions before taking a look at the system. He already knew what the issue was and where to look, which the last two guys couldn’t do. He checked out the rest of the system too. He didn’t try to upsell me, just gave me the options and let me decide. No pressure. I appreciated that he took the time to educate me on the issue I had and didn’t invent new ones. Another positive impression, when they arrive they have a nice door mat they put by your door with their company logo, and they put protective slippers on.
