They are great and come at the time they are scheduled. Sends a picture of who's coming to my house. He has always been very nice everytime he has came. I felt price was fair. I know my unit is ready for winter they will come back and check unit in spring. At my age this gives me a piece of mind. I have referred them to friends. One got a new unit and one for just a check up. Both were very pleased with service.

I would give Aire Serv of Northwest Georgia higher than 5 stars if possible. I had been struggling with my HVAC system in my home for a couple of years (it was the original unit from my house being built back in 1998) and knew that a total replacement was needed. I sought out three quotes with the third quote being Aire Serv. The first two quotes from other companies were 10-15,000 dollars so I was expecting Aire Serv to be close to that number as well. I was so surprised to get such an affordable quote from Aire Serv that was thousands less than the first two quotes. However, even with the affordable quote, it was the customer service that sold me on Aire Serv. Ethan and Larry came to my home to give me the quote and they treated me with such professionalism and courtesy. They did not try to upsell me and quoted me for what I needed without trying to add in a lot of extras. Being a single parent, I was nervous about making such a large purchase for the first time on my own, but they put me at ease with their kindness and easy to understand explanation of the work they would complete. On the day of the replacement, Ethan, Troy, and Noah arrived early and completed the job in a timely manner. They were professional and courtesy as well as respectful of my property and my home. Ethan wore booties over his shoes when he walked on my carpet to clean my air ducts. The work was completed in one day and they double checked all of their work before they left. I not only recieved a new HVAC unit, I also had all of my duct work cleaned, which made it feel like my entire house has had a refresh. The air is a very crisp, cool 72 degrees and I can go into summer not worrying about whether my unit is going to survive another Georgia Summer. I cannot recommend Aire Serv enough- I am so thankful and appreciative of their services.

AireServ in Rome gets my very highest praise. I cannot remember the last time I felt this good about giving my money over to a business. Not only did they go very far above and beyond, but they were also incredible people whom I feel privileged to have met. Larry, Becky, and Ethan were all very friendly and helpful. They were generous in their service, their time, their instruction & guidance, and their delivered product. I really cannot more highly recommend them. I initially tried getting quotes at multiple places for an HVAC system designed for a basement to be finished in. Other companies in Rome didn't even get back with me. Larry, however, looked over my plans carefully to understand everything I wanted to accomplish. He quoted it how I had it. Then he talked with me at length and great patience, helping me to find some smart changes that really saved me some money! I was very pleased with the price as it was not only fair but generous to me. The people here really care for their customers in a way that I have not experienced for many years. Even after all the work, these are the kind of people I would want to hang out with! I wish them the very best in their business and will continue to recommend them to anyone I meet who needs HVAC work. (Note: I have no prior connection with this company nor any of the people who work there. I also rarely leave reviews. And, I am receiving absolutely nothing in exchange for this review. That's how strongly I feel about them.)
