Professional and knowledgeable. They are a great reliable company, and they have always made sure that I know what's going on, and that I'm happy. I've been a customer for 4 years with their maintenance program after having my unit installed. I still appreciate how professional and knowledgeable the technicians are. The scheduling is a bit unorganized and I've had 2 last minute cancellations. This year, I won't get my winter tune up performed until mid Dec. when I scheduled it in mid Oct, and had a cancellation in mid Nov.

I scheduled part 2 of my annual inspection with AireServe on one day and the next day had a problem with the A/C before the scheduled appointment day. I was frantic. I called asking if anything could be done to get someone out to my house earlier. I realized it was a gamble. To my delight, Ann Howard, was able to schedule me the same day I called late in the afternoon. That was no problem. What was amazing to me, was that Buddy, the technician called and asked if he could come earlier than I planned. Buddy was very professional. Mindful of making sure he didn't track anything into my house. Assisted me in changing my filters, and took them with him for disposal! AND, he fixed the problem I was having. Fortunately, it was minor. But, boy was I pleased. And, I was thrilled that my home no longer felt like a sauna. I am so very glad that I purchased the maintenance plan, and the cost of coming out was already taken care of. Now, I know other companies would have charged extra for the minor repair. AireServ did not. I'm very pleased with AireServ. I can assure you that I will continue to use them. It's such a comfort to have a dependable company to call when I'm in need. The serve with honor, integrity, and compassion.
