Fantastic company and workforce. At first I had my doubts, the tech showed up at 3am on the emergency call, and he was annoyed but after asking him if this is how he wants to start this job, he was fine. The tech, $450 later completed the job to my satisfaction. The HVAC was out of freon hence the high cost. In the end, not withstanding the initial interaction, it all worked out well. The tech was pleasant at goodbye.

James from Aire Serv did a great job for us! He first came out to do an HVAC checkup and let us know we needed to replace our coil. It took a few months for the part to come in, but James came back and installed it yesterday. He was very friendly, worked extremely hard all day, and made sure to explain everything clearly—he even took pictures during his inspections so we could see what was going on. No complaints at all about James or Aire Serv—they were professional and easy to work with. Just a heads up: HVAC repairs aren’t cheap, but at least you know you’re in good hands with James!
