My friend’s new business sent out their technician Jason, who was punctual, super professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable throughout the visit. Jason took the time to inspect my complete heating and air conditioning system — furnace, AC unit, ducts, thermostat, and everything in between. He explained all the findings clearly with no pressure to upsell, noted a few items worth watching as Minnesota’s seasons change, and offered practical maintenance tips to enhance efficiency and indoor air quality. The whole process was clean, efficient, and left me completely confident that my system is set for reliable performance through our cold winters and humid summers. Jason Lo from AirServ came to our house for a furnace tune up. Upon answering the door, I immediately had a good feeling about Jason. He was professional, courteous, and clean. He explained to me in detail what he was going to do and about how long it would take him. At one point I had additional questions about other forced air units we have in our home, so I went downstairs to ask him the questions. He was happy to answer them, and the ones he didn’t have answers for, he said he would get back to me. After the questions were answered he showed me three different things he identified on the furnace from the original install. When he finished with the furnace he came upstairs where I was waiting, and he showed me the pictures he had taken of the issues and explained to me the costs of repairing them. Everything was fantastic about Jason, especially the ten minutes of non-shop chatting. I highly recommend AirServ and if someone decides to hire them to look at their furnace or air conditioning unit, I hope their lucky enough to have Jason show up at their door.

Financing options are available through GreenSky financing, a third-party lender. Aire Serv of East Metro is not the lender and does not make credit decisions. Financing approval, rates, terms and payment schedules are determined by GreenSky financing and your credit profile. Financing is subject to credit approval. Not all applicants qualify. Terms vary based on creditworthiness. Restrictions may apply.
DONE RIGHT PROMISE
We stand by the promise to do the job right. Our independently owned franchise owners will perform services in a professional, workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. If you believe the job was not done right, contact your local franchise owner within 1 year and they will re-perform the services at no additional cost to you. In the event you are still not satisfied, our liability is limited as set forth below.
DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES
Because we are a services company and do not manufacture products, we only warrant their services with the “Done Right Promise.” Except as otherwise provided or where prohibited by law, we provide no further warranty as to the services and all third-party manufactured materials or goods provided or installed in connection with the services are provided without warranties by us of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our independently owned franchise owners make no representations and expressly disclaim the above warranties including any as to the reliability, quality, or performance of any third-party manufactured materials or goods or installed in connection with our services.
EXCLUSIONS
The “Done Right Promise” is subject to the following exclusions: (i) services that you request be re-performed that were not originally agreed to be performed for you; (ii) losses or inability to perform arising out of acts of nature or other force majeure event; (iii) losses or inability to perform arising from the acts or omissions of you or a third party; (vi) losses or inability to perform arising from a manufacturer’s or a product’s defects; (v) losses or inability to perform due to unforeseeable or latent defects in the premises or property; and/or (vi) services that you request be re-performed but for which you have not previously paid in full.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED SO WE CAN PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AT A REASONABLE PRICE. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED OR WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY SHALL WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR CLAIM ARISING FROM INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, PRODUCT DEFECT OR FAILURE, ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY, LOSS OF USE, PROFITS, OR OPPORTUNITY, AND/OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE, OUR FRANCHISE OWNERS, OR OUR AGENTS HAD NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, CLAIM, OR DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE ABOVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, IT MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
