Was very pleased with the services provided. Technician arrived promptly and was very courteous. Thoroughly checked the furnace functions and found a capacitor going bad causing the blower motor to use more amps to run. Showed me the readings on the electrical tester, before and after. He replaced the capacitor and provided detailed answers to all questions. The service rep then checked and cleaned the outside a/c unit and found no problems, but identified a noise with the outside unit which is likely to create a problem at some point later. The issue did not need attention right then. Even gave an estimate on how much it would cost whenever the repair should be needed. I would use Aire Serve again without hesitation. <br />

Can't say enough good things about this company and ALAN, the technician! He was very thorough and did a great job. After a complete cleaning and inspection of the A/C system, Alan found some things to fix (i.e. taped and painted return air leaks, supply ducts, plentum that had come apart). Some of these items were overlooked by another air conditioning company on a prior year inspection. He was on time and very professional and courteous! The price was good and if needed in the future, we definitely would call Aire Serve again and ask for Alan! <br />

Our out side a/c unit on our house decided it wasn't going respond to the inside unit. i called and talked to Nancy, very sweet, who booked me first the next morning. They would have come out the same day but it was a deluge out side and my unit isn't under any cover. They came out and found that the time delay on my old unit had gone out, Philip said he could jump it and replaced the old ugly analog thermostat that had a built in time delay. The first two he pulled out the box were faulty, but he was patient and persistent and the third one out the box was the charm. He added freon to that old set and even replaced my clogged filter with a spare i had in the closet for me. We didn't get charged for the extra work on the first two faulty thermos he hooked up so i am more than happy with the price as it was very fair. This company even uses shoe protectors to keep my carpet clean. i am very happy and will use them for my ac needs from now on! <br />

I can’t say enough good things about Aire Serve. I had some problems at the beginning of the summer with my AC unit Allen and Ralph came out as many times as needed to make repairs. During the heat wave I set my AC at 74 during the day and 70 at night and my light bill was only about 20.00 higher than normal. I also had them install an attic tent and followed the tips I was given and it made huge difference!
