  • We were set up with Aire Serv through our home warranty initially to diagnose our 30-year-old AC not cooling. They came out and initially determined that the refrigerant was low and refilled it. However, the AC was still not cooling, and since it was so old, we chose to have it replaced. Our home warranty covered the upgrade partially, and the rest we financed through a 12-month same-as-cash loan offered by Frontdoor, which Aire Serv uses for billing. However, when our HVAC replacement started, they discovered that the plenum and some supply lines were completely rusted out, and our AC had been cooling our crawlspace for who knows how long. This is where Kevin came in and offered to do our plenum and ductwork at cost. We tried to get our home warranty to cover the plenum and ductwork under our policy. Throughout the process, Kevin was cooperative and patient while the home warranty assessed the report for the ductwork. In the end, the home warranty didn’t respond, so we elected to pay out of pocket to get the job done. The work done by Danny and Trevor in the installation was excellent. Danny has years of experience, and just from the pictures, you can tell he takes pride in his work. They both put in lots of work across 3 days to make sure everything was done right. The new AC cools great, and we can rest easy knowing that our ducts won’t be cooling and heating the crawlspace. Would highly recommend Aire Serv for your HVAC needs.
