  • Having your air conditioner unit going out is not a good experience especially when it’s in high 80 to 90 degrees outside and the inside house thermostat was reading 83 degree. But Aire-Serv made it all right and within one day of calling them. I here to make it known and at the same time to thank Aire-Serv and their outstanding team in being so pleasant, helpful, considerate, and amazingly honest with me. This exceptional team consisted of Dean M., Zach S., and Nate E. and they deserve the biggest and highest rating for going the extra mile. I truly believe God will bless your company for being highly sensitive to your customer’s needs and being faithful to stand behind your exceptional business practices. Your outstanding customer orientation truly meant a lot to me and made me more and more comfortable.   • Hello, I wanted to share a nice experience that I had when one of your service technicians visited my home about a week ago. I have had concerns about my gas fireplace and whether or not it was operating correctly. We could not have the fire ignited for more than an hour or so as it just became too hot in our living room. We had the heat turned to low but it was still too hot to enjoy. I made a request for an appointment and Jefferson arrived right on schedule. I had seen Jefferson before as he worked on routine maintenance on my furnace recently. Although, he has infrequently worked on gas fireplaces, he analyzed the problem and suggested that we add more oxygen to the gas flow. He said that the excessive amount of blue flame might be indicating that not enough oxygen was in the mix. No one else that has looked at it over the years has identified that as a potential factor in the excessive heat coming from the fireplace. I had no idea that there even was an oxygen flow adjustment control. Jefferson figured it out. All is good now we can enjoy our fireplace for an entire evening.
