  • The service is great. I am not real happy with the thermostat. It works good but half the time my eyes are watery and it is hard to read it because the one on the right is small. It is small to read when my eyes are o k. I would rather have a white screen. My brother had a fit when I told him how much it cost. He asked if they had heating businesses locally and I said you had this territory when you bought it from the other fellow. He tries to help me with my life since I am 10 yrs older and may not always do the right thing. I tried to call you the other day but couldn’t get my I phone to work since I had to put a 1 before the number. He lives in Fruitland, Idaho and I just tap on his number. I don’t put any long distance on my home phone. Jamic was good and checked the furnace and looked at the unit outside. Lois

  • Service was very good. Setting up the appointment was easy. They sent a reminder a couple of days ahead of time, and the morning of, they called and let me know they would be at my house in 30 min. This is especially nice because the window for arrival was 2 hours. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and explained what he could do and got my concurrence before proceeding.. At the end he explained what he did do. He also gave me options for savings on charges and future maintenance options.
