Always quick, thorough, detailed and informative service! AC sounded like a jet in our backyard and wasn’t cooling. Dale came out yesterday and quickly got us back on track and prepared us for potential problems in the future so I can be aware and plan for upcoming costs. I greatly appreciate that, thank you Dale!! They had already recommended and installed a mini split in our converted garage, love this addition!! Also had them blow in insulation in our attic- instant difference in comfort and utility cost!

Your guy, Casey Seawright, was great. He was on time & let us know when he was 10 minutes away. He ran a diagnostic test, found the problem, fixed it, & told us how to manage the problem in the future. Our problem was the exorbitant amount of cat hair that comes from our 4 cats, 3 of which are shown in the below picture. He was very personable & seemed to enjoy his work. I was also happy to know that he was a veteran, as I work for the Temple VA.

Bottom line—Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff! I received a call from my tenant Saturday morning before Memorial Day that the air conditioner had gone out Friday night. Old unit/refrigerant so I knew I needed a new one. I left a message with Aire Serv and called two other companies as well. Someone from Aire Serv called back first thing Tuesday morning (after the holiday). Very knowledgeable and well trained. She was friendly and knew much more than my first contact with other companies. Jared was at the place within 45 minutes and called me promptly. He really knows what he’s talking about and welcomed questions. Friendly and wanted the business. The quotes were very similar but Aire Serv had a better warranty and equipment and absolutely out the customer first. Aire Serv was ready to install by Thursday morning and my tenant couldn’t say enough good things about the install team. All around great experience!
