Aire Serve Flower Mound installed 2 new AC units. Our AC’s were 15+ years old and needed to be replaced since they were at the point that it would be too costly to repair. Our service technician, Caleb, did an awesome job informing us of our options and answering all of our questions. Great communication with office staff throughout the whole process. On the day of install Caleb and Gary Mertz (owner) arrived on time and the install went smoothly. They also managed to service our other 2 AC’’s while they were there. I highly recommend Aire Serve for all your HVAC needs.

Y'all… I'm sure there are a couple poo reviews on here and I don't even care what they say because they're just those people that you are never going to be able to please. Everyone has those customers. Unpleasant people who have nothing better to do than be a doodoo. I SAY THIS BECAUSE USING THIS COMPANY WAS THE BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE. I can not rave enough about them. My family has a plumbing company so I know what proper service looks like… THESE PEOPLE… THESE PEOPLE ARE THE BEES KNEES! Great communication, proper diag., thorough, POLITE, and on and on and on. Literally every tech that has been to my home, is amazing. Props to y'all. Good job finding these employees, too. Love it.

I discovered an issue with my AC spewing water, and after calling several local AC companies and not reaching a person or getting a call back, I tried Aire Serv. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly and told me that a technician would call me back shortly. In what seemed like 20 minutes, I received a call and a technician was sent out. I think it was about an hour from my initial call to getting someone in my house which is an absolutely insane response time. The technicians found and quickly fixed the issue. Both were extremely friendly and helpful, and the pricing was also very reasonable too. I will 100% give these guys a call again the next time I need something HVAC related done.
