  • When our outside compressor started to make a strange noise outside our bathroom window, we called Air Serv as they had originally installed the unit 14 years ago. The technician, Dylan, came the following day. He was respectful of our home — removing his shoes each time he entered and putting on paper booties. He spent two hours diagnosing and cleaning the inside and outside units — which had not been serviced since it was installed. When Dylan showed me his iPad with the service plans, I was concerned that the cost was going to be high — or worse yet, we would need a whole new unit. The prices he showed me were very reasonable and he explained the features of each one. We felt me got very good value for the service he performed and our unit has been working fine ever since. We were very happy with Dylan’s service, his diligence and professionalism.

  • Hello, Amador Gonzalez here. I very much recommend Airserv to all out there that need their Heating and or A/C serviced. This company and their employees are awesome. Casey came out 7-2-25 to diagnose the problem on our old system and we found out we needed a new one. Kyle Saunders came out on 7-9-25 and walked us thru the whole process, selecting the best system for our home, the financing part and answering every question we had. On 7-11-25 Tony, Imanol and Xavier came to install the new system and did a very great job. On 7-12-25 I called about our new thermostat that I still needed help adjusting it, etc. Marc De La Rosa came out this same day to help me. Also, Emmy and Cheyanne kept me up to date with everything. Thank you all for going above and beyond. 10 stars !

  • I highly recommend Aire Serv! The initial tech that we requested to do an assessment arrived right on time, his uniform was worn with pride, he spoke very respectfully, he was very knowledgeable, and he was very patient and considerate when answering our questions. It was a very pleasant experience! He found several issues that needed to be addressed to prevent further costs in the future that he was quite happy to show and explain to me. Our a/c’s drainage was not piped correctly and was a flooded drip pan and soggy ceiling waiting to happen. Our duct work and insulation was done incorrectly by the builder’s crew as well, so it was greatly restricting our airflow! They fixed our issues and now our house is more efficient, the rooms are now evenly heated and cooled instead of one being blazing hot while another is cold as ice. They even sealed around all the holes in that area where the ducting meets the vent to prevent dust and insulation fibers from leaking into our home from the attic. Jared, the owner, came out and helped his guys too (who were all great). He was absolutely pleasant to speak with. The man knows his stuff, and he really cares about what he and his techs are doing for our community. When they were done we decided to put ourselves on their maintenance plan to keep our a/c unit fit and make sure we stay out of trouble as the Texas heat comes our way. We even took advantage of their free air testing to check the quality of the air in our home and got our ducts cleaned! It has overall just been such an amazing experience with the Aire Serv team! They are worth every penny, and I cannot recommend them to y’all enough! Great job guys!
