After calling multiple companies to receive quotes and ask for specific information on chemicals that would be used, within five minutes of speaking to Sheryl at Aire Serv it was confirmed this would be the company to go with. Where other companies were unsure of the chemicals they used, Sheryl immediately sent me an e-mail with specific information, not only on the chemicals but details of the machines they use to include a video. Having a child in the house with severe allergies, she put my mind at ease. The technicians that came to the house for both the quote and to complete the services were very professional! They never once tried to up sell or offer a service that was not needed and their communication throughout the entire process was impressive. This service was not deemed an emergency to other companies but Air Serv treated this as an emergency, as it was to us, and fit us into their schedule the same day and began working the next day. Highly recommend for their customer care, communication and quality of work!

I called Aire Serv as a new customer because of my AC completely not working and they had someone out ready to fix it the same day. Everyone I spoke with was great, particularly my repair technician, Adrian. Friendly, knowledgeable, and did great work. Highly recommended if you need AC work in the area.

Very pleased with the service offered options and suggestions to improve our air conditioning for the house

After being sold a top of the line central ac unit from one of the larger companies in Houston for upwards of $20K, my wife and I had high hopes that we were done worrying about our humidity problems. As it turned out, the silver-tongue salesman from the said company was more worried about padding his pockets with commission earnings than he was about our comfort. He sold us on a 3-ton communicating HVAC system that was severely undersized (and I thought the 3.5-ton original equipment may have been too small) . Luckily, we were able to schedule them to remove their system the following Wednesday for a refund. On the Tuesday prior to removal, Aire Serv showed up on-time and their technician (Jon) was friendly and thorough. He informed me that he would take the information back to the office where they would run their heat load calculation and that I would hear back from them in a couple hours. When Austin called an hour or so later, he asked questions to gauge what features we wanted in a new system. He also informed us (like another contractor did) that we ACTUALLY needed a 5-ton unit. He emailed us with a few different options at various price points, but was never pushy or overly insistent on cheaper or more expensive options. He also gave us his direct cell number so that we could reach him with any questions we might have. When we called him, he patiently answered all of our questions and was very accommodating to myself and my wife. Ultimately, we went with Aire Serv because of Austin's level of professionalism and patience. We chose to go with a newer type of communicating fully variable system. Aire Serv came to install the unit the same day that the other company was removing theirs to ensure that we would not be without AC that night. Please keep in mind that this is all within a 24-hour period of the initial call for a quote. Not only was the owner of the company on-site for the entire installation, but the manufacturer's rep for the system also came to make sure that everything was going smoothly! Their install crew was professional and was careful around walls, doors, carpets. Once the system was fired up, the 60% humidity issues were a thing of the past. We were down to 48%-50% humidity in the house within a few hours of them finishing the install and our house felt like a walk-in cooler. Austin has been in constant contact with us since the installation to make sure that everything is going good and has already scheduled a follow-up appointment for a tech to come out and make sure everything is staying sealed well, refrigerant levels are good, and much more. I know this has been a long review, but honestly, I don't think we could have been taken care of any better than we were with Aire Serv.
