Aire serv is the most reliable group in all of Montgomery County without a question. We were without AC due to multiple problems that kept piling on one after the other. We had another professional out who couldnt fix it before we tried calling around to get help. Two other companies ended up canceling their appointment with us, and we were on day 3 of no AC. I have a pregnant wife and a baby at home and had to get this working to keep them cool and safe. After finding Aire serv, the owners sent Allen out right away who was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He was incredibly kind and helpful, even going back to get us a window unit to keep our bedroom cool right as he was getting off for the day. They were able to help clear the issue first thing the next morning and when another issue came up with our coil they made every effort to make sure we had AC running that day. The owners were extremely fair and helpful working with us on solving these problems and had very affordable prices. They have a lifelong customer, and next time I know to call Aire Serv first!

Clayton was the assigned for this job and he was very responsive. Showed up on the scheduled time and gave a written estimate before leaving. Our evaporator coil had been leaking and he recommended that we replace both the condenser and the evaporator as the system was old. The quote was a little more than we expected, but considering the change in scope of work, we told him that we will get back to him, although it might be a while. He was very understanding and mentioned that prices change slightly every few months. When it was time to get the work done, we called him back and the change in price was minimal (about $150) and he was able to get us scheduled quickly. There were some issues with the sealing of the evaporator after it was installed and he got someone to look at it fairly quickly. Highly recommend the company. They were responsive and did good quality work. Thank you!

Great service, Thanks Robert McGee. On time and professional. This was our first visit, I think he went above and beyond with the inspection, finding a small wiring issue with both units. The yearly service program is the way to go.

We had a fantastic experience with Rudy, Jon, and the team with Air Serv recently. We had our furnace replaced as well as duct cleaning and vent replacements. From start to finish, the team was incredibly personable, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. They took the time to walk us through what they were doing, explained our options in a way that was easy to understand, and answered all of our questions patiently. The work itself was very thorough, and we especially appreciated how carefully they cleaned up afterward. You would hardly know such a big job had just been done. It’s clear they care not only about the quality of the installation, but also about the overall customer experience. We feel much more confident in our system now and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented service!
