I honestly can’t say enough good things about Aire Serv, my family has been without heat for over a week and after having another company supposedly coming to come and check it out and they never showed. I started calling everyone desperately trying to get help and I called Aire Serv and they were the only company to answer with a person (very sweet lady might I add) not AI or answering machine but a real person, others company’s said I would have to wait over a month but Aire Serv had someone out the next day! Unfortunately the part I needed wasn’t in stock so I had to wait for them to get the part shipped in from Portland. I honestly am so happy I found them I will tell everyone to go through them and they will be the first people I call if I have any future problems. I couldn’t be more thankful for this company!

I needed to have my HVAC system, installed in 2017, cleaned and maintained on a regular basis and via Angie's list I came to a Company which has a solid 5-star rating for excellence and superior Customer Service: Aire Serv of Kitsap County. From the moment I made my selection I experienced the difference between a Company with a mediocre business attitude and a Company of superior desire for delivering a high quality of genuine care for its customers, in performance, attitude and true appreciation. I immediately received a message from one of the owners himself, telling me a technician would be able to come to my home to determine what I needed in ways of care for my HVAC system, as soon as needed. I could not help but compare that to the response of 2 other Companies to whom I (twice!) reached out for help and received no response………. When I answered the owner's message (Derek) I was brought in touch with Lisa, who followed up with a friendly text and by phone we established my needs with regard to my HVAC system, setting up a Yearly Maintenance Contract for a Summer and Winter Cleaning/Inspection, after Lisa explained the benefits of this program and its 20% discount on parts, if anything needed to be replaced. I immediately decided that this was exactly what I wanted and Lisa and I set up an appointment for a technician to start the pre-heating Winter Inspection on the 5th of November. That day, perfectly on time, Tom the technician arrived after phoning me, announcing his arrival. I live in a high-security Condominium Complex where parking, entry and access are strictly controlled, so I needed to give Tom instructions for parking his Company van, where to go to receive access to my condo, etc. and our phone communications were a bit difficult, so with Lisa's great help, everything worked out fine and Tom was checked in by our Facility Manager and supplied with a fob for accessibility to our elevator and my condo. I am so thankful to have a technician like Tom working and maintaining my HVAC system, cleaning and inspecting all the components and putting them back together again. Then on to the balcony, where the Daikin machine is located, which also received a thorough cleaning. I had a few concerns since installation of my Daikin HVAC system in 2017 became a little unorthodox because of the fact of my home being a condo and also not at ground level, but Tom assured me he will monitor my concerns closely and for me not to worry because he will be here to check everything twice a year. I have to applaud Tom for doing such a great job, for his kindness and politeness and for his immense pride of the work he does, with his customer's satisfaction as the number one priority. Such a pleasant man, such a dedicated worker and such a wonderful representation of the Company he works for!
