On 12/20/22, the circuit board in my 23 year-old Armstrong Air furnace failed causing it to blow cold air continuously. With sub-zero weather in the forecast for Christmas, I needed someone to come in quick and repair it. I called Aire Serv mainly because they offered 24 hour emergency service and they service all brands of furnaces. However, since they were able to schedule me within a 48 hour window, I didn't need the after hours emergency service. Their service tech, Chad Trukovich, showed up on time on 12/22/22 and quickly diagnosed and repaired the furnace. He had it back up and running within an hour and and half of his arrival. He did have to leave my house to go get the replacement circuit board. He was very professional. Furnace has been running well since. All in all, very positive and painless experience. Cost wise, they are comparable to most other Mansfield area furnace repair places. However, their response time and professionalism gets a big A+ from me and I can only recommend them to anyone who runs into furnace issues. Thank you Aire Serve and Chad!

The repairman was on time and acted very professional would use them again. He explained what he needed to explain in a way that was understandable. On the down side they were supposed to call me back with an estimate for more work and as of now ( Friday October 22nd) I have not heard from them. This is why they did not get a four star. So if you read this call me.

If you believe the job was not done right, contact your local franchise owner within 1 year and they will re-perform the services at no additional cost to you.
