I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with Aire Serv! This was a great experience from start to finish. I called this morning, and the lady on the phone said she could have someone come out today. She said she would call when they were on their way. She called sooner than expected (which was great) because the guys finished up early with their other job. Timmy and Allen arrived promptly. They figured out the problem right away and fixed it in a timely manner. They were extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. They made sure everything was fixed and functioning properly before they left. Timmy explained some things to us and told us how we could try to keep the same situation from happening again. I also really appreciated that they took care to clean up after themselves and to try to prevent any messes from happening. We have found an AC/Heating company that we can really rely on. We will be sure to have them take care of our AC/Heating needs in the future! <br />

Very professional, friendly and cleaned up after themselves even when I said I would get it, they insisted. I did not know they would clean my grills as I was ready to clean them but certainly happy they did as I usually cut my hand somehow. I will certain recommend this company as all their employees are very courtesy, friendly and professional. They go beyond what you would normally get from another company. I will have them come to get my heater ready for winter soon. Thanks everyone for a great job! <br /> <br />

When I first called Aire up, we set up an appointment for the following day. But then about 30 minutes later, Aire called and said there was a tech nearby if I would like him to come by today. YES! Timmy Armbruster was the Aire tech who showed up. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. He answered every question I asked and explained everything he was doing. Considering it was 90+ degrees outside, it was a very pleasant experience! And most important of all, my ac is working now! <br /> I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future!

THE TECH, PHILLIP, WAS COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL AND HARD WORKING. THE UNITS WERE DIFFICULT TO ACCESS BUT HE DID NOT SHIRK FROM THE TASK. WHEN THE PROBLEMS WITH ONE OF THE UNITS BECAME TOO DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH ALONE HE CALLED THE OWNER WHO CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY TO HELP FINISH. THE EXPERIENCE WAS COMPLETELY POSITIVE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. <br />

GREAT! Ralph spent a lot of time discussing with us all the options for a replacement and what would work best for our situation. We are also adding on a new sunroom and he discussed at length the best ways to add AC to that (several ways that we did not even know existed. In fact, we have decided on one of his options!) Ralph is very knowledgeable and never rushes in his discussions. He allows you to ask all questions, even when it is obviously in the middle of his workday. He was very easy to work with (even from another state while we were on vacation) and he is completely professional. Ralph did not do the actual installation, but his installer was also easy for our on-site houseminder to work with and he completed the job in less than a day to our complete satisfaction. We will definitely be using Aire Serv to add AC to our new sunroom as soon as it is completed. Thank you Ralph and all the Aire Serv staff we dealt with.
