By far the BEST customer service I have had from ANY company. So long story short, AIRE SERV went way above and beyond what I asked them to do. I called with a leaking gas pipe. Their employee (Donnie) quickly fixed the gas leak. After fixing the gas leak he spent the next 4 hours helping me fix a mistake that Columbia gas had made, and he did not leave my house until I had a fully functioning furnace and water heater. He even went to the hard ware store with me and helped me get all the parts that I needed. VERY WELL RUN COMPANY!

On 12/20/22, the circuit board in my 23 year-old Armstrong Air furnace failed causing it to blow cold air continuously. With sub-zero weather in the forecast for Christmas, I needed someone to come in quick and repair it. I called Aire Serv mainly because they offered 24 hour emergency service and they service all brands of furnaces. However, since they were able to schedule me within a 48 hour window, I didn't need the after hours emergency service. Their service tech, Chad Trukovich, showed up on time on 12/22/22 and quickly diagnosed and repaired the furnace. He had it back up and running within an hour and and half of his arrival. He did have to leave my house to go get the replacement circuit board. He was very professional. Furnace has been running well since. All in all, very positive and painless experience. Cost wise, they are comparable to most other Mansfield area furnace repair places. However, their response time and professionalism gets a big A+ from me and I can only recommend them to anyone who runs into furnace issues. Thank you Aire Serve and Chad!

I'm a first-time homeowner with terrible luck. In my first year I had to replace a wind-damaged roof and my entire HVAC system within a two-week time frame. To add to it, The newly installed HVAC system (done by another company) has given me issues since it was installed and, after more than 4 attempts to do the job right and countless hours spent at my house by the previous company, my HVAC system was STILL giving me issues. Enough was enough. I began searching for other HVAC companies one Sunday after my (again, new) HVAC system stopped working conveniently at the start of a week where we would definitely need heat and AIre Serv were quick to get here. The technician was thorough and even got my thermostat replaced under warranty. The veteran's discount was a much appreciated surprise as well. Aire Serve was quick, effective and fixed the problem. Beyond that, dealing with the owner was such a breath of fresh air compared to the previous company I dealt with. I certainly appreciate a good company when I find one and I will be sticking with Aire Serv for future servicing needs.
